Our Youth ministry participates in many events; several of which may be out of town, and some overnight for perhaps days at a time. In order to participate in Youth-sponsored events at Christ Presbyterian Church, it will be necessary for our office to have a Permission/Medical Form on file for your child. In the event of a medical emergency, illness or injury, we will need to have permission to seek treatment.

We are a Matthew 25 church, partnering with other PCUSA churches around the world to act boldly and compassionately to see our neighbors through Jesus' eyes, and serve those that are marginalized or in need; welcoming all.
