Registration and Photo Permission Form: Due to our growing program we will be asking parents to complete a Children’s and Family Ministry Registration and Photo Permission form. On the registration form we will be asking parents for information that may help Godly Play leaders when working with your children. 

On Sundays in September, we will have tables set up in the classroom wing after the 9:30 and 11:00 worship services so you may register your child before you pick them up.
